Need to File a Warranty Claim?
The claim process depends on your home’s closing date.
If your home closed in 2024 or later, submit your warranty claim through the Homeowner Portal. You can provide details about the issue and track its progress there.
If your home closed in 2023 or earlier and you need to file a structural warranty claim, use our separate Structural Warranty Claim Form.

Workmanship
Provides protection for workmanship and materials, including cabinets, flooring, tile, countertops, doors, drywall, siding, trim, paint, and roof coverings.
Systems
Provides protection for key home systems, including ductwork, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
Structural
Provides protection for major load-bearing elements, including beams, floor framing, foundations, walls, and roof framing.
